이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 [[사업자명]](이하 "회사")이 제공하는 모바일 앱 Petsona(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
제2조 (서비스 내용)
서비스는 펫을 매일 돌보는 방식에 따라 펫의 성격이 달라지고, 성격이 비슷한 펫을 키우는 이용자끼리 펫 광장에서 만나 놀기·이모트·간식·아이템 선물·대화를 주고받는 펫 육성 게임입니다. 광장에는 회사가 운영하는 펫("Petsona 친구", 배지로 표시)도 있으며, 이 펫과는 대화할 수 없습니다.
제3조 (이용 연령)
서비스는 만 19세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 처음 이용할 때 만 19세 이상임을 확인해야 하며, 사실과 다르게 확인한 경우 회사는 이용을 제한하고 계정을 지울 수 있습니다.
제4조 (계정)
- 서비스는 연령 확인을 누를 때 만드는 익명 계정으로 이용합니다. 계정 정보는 그 기기에 저장되므로, 앱을 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 펫을 되찾지 못할 수 있습니다 (소셜 로그인 연결은 나중에 추가될 수 있습니다).
- 계정 하나에 펫 한 마리를 키웁니다.
- 연령 확인 뒤 펫을 만들지 않은 채 7일이 지난 계정은 지워집니다.
- 이용자는 언제든 앱의 설정 → "내 펫과 데이터 지우기"로 계정을 지울 수 있습니다. 지우면 펫, 봉봉, 아이템, 우정, 기록이 모두 사라지고 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
제5조 (금지 행위)
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 욕설, 혐오·차별 표현, 성적인 표현, 위협 등 불쾌한 내용 보내기
- 전화번호, 이메일, 링크, 메신저 아이디 등 외부 연락처를 주고받거나 앱 밖 연락을 유도하기
- 다른 이용자를 괴롭히거나 원하지 않는 메시지를 반복해서 보내기, 스팸·광고
- 다른 사람의 개인정보를 묻거나 퍼뜨리기
- 펫 이름을 이용해 위의 내용을 드러내기
- 서비스의 오류를 이용하거나, 자동화 도구·변조한 앱으로 이용하기, 계정을 대량으로 만들기
- 봉봉·아이템·계정을 돈이나 다른 대가를 받고 거래하기
메시지는 보내기 전에 필터를 거치며, 걸린 표현이 있으면 보내지지 않습니다.
제6조 (이용자 콘텐츠)
- 펫 이름과 메시지는 이용자가 직접 만든 콘텐츠이며 그 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 회사는 서비스 제공(다른 이용자에게 보여주기), 신고 처리와 안전을 위해 필요한 범위에서만 이를 저장·표시합니다.
- 메시지는 90일 뒤 지워집니다. 신고된 대화의 메시지 사본은 개인정보 처리방침에 적은 기간 동안 보관합니다.
제7조 (신고·차단과 이용 제한)
- 이용자는 펫 프로필, 대화 화면, 새 대화 요청에서 다른 이용자를 신고하거나 차단할 수 있습니다. 차단하면 서로 광장에서 보이지 않고 모든 상호작용이 막히며, 상대에게 알리지 않습니다.
- 회사는 신고 내용을 확인하고, 금지 행위가 확인되면 경고, 기능 제한, 광장에서 숨기기, 계정 삭제 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다. [[조치 기준과 이의 제기 절차]]
제8조 (봉봉과 아이템)
- 봉봉은 게임 안에서 돌봄 등으로 얻고 꾸미기 아이템을 사는 데 쓰는 게임 안 재화입니다. 현금 가치가 없고, 현금이나 다른 재화로 바꾸거나 환불할 수 없습니다.
- 아이템은 펫의 겉모습만 바꾸고 게임 진행에는 영향을 주지 않습니다.
- 선물: 우정이 일정 단계 이상인 펫에게 하루 한 번 아이템을 선물할 수 있습니다. 받는 쪽이 7일 안에 받지 않거나, 둘 중 한쪽이 차단하거나 계정을 지우면 선물은 취소되고 보낸 사람에게 봉봉이 돌아갑니다(보낸 사람이 계정을 지운 경우는 제외).
- 계정을 지우면 봉봉과 아이템도 사라지며 되살릴 수 없습니다.
- 유료로 사는 아이템 세트가 출시 후 추가될 수 있으며, 이때 결제·환불 조건을 따로 알립니다.
제9조 (서비스 변경·중단)
회사는 운영·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 내용(밸런스, 아이템, 기능)을 바꿀 수 있고, 점검이나 불가피한 사정이 있으면 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 [[30일]] 전에 앱 안에서 알립니다.
제10조 (면책)
- 회사는 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 서비스를 제공하지 못한 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 회사는 이용자 사이에 주고받은 콘텐츠나 이용자 간 분쟁에 대해, 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 이용자가 앱을 지우거나 기기를 바꿔 익명 계정을 잃은 경우 회사는 이를 되찾아 줄 의무가 없습니다.
제11조 (분쟁 해결)
이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따르며, 서비스와 관련한 분쟁은 [[관할 법원]]을 관할 법원으로 합니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 문의로 연락해 주세요.
제12조 (약관 변경)
약관을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 앱 안 또는 이 페이지로 알립니다.

1. About these terms
These terms set the conditions for using Petsona (the "Service"), a mobile app provided by [[Company name]] ("we").
2. The Service
Petsona is a pet-raising game. How you care for your pet each day shapes its personality, and players with similar pets meet in the plaza to play, send emotes, treats and item gifts, and chat. The plaza also has pets run by us ("Petsona friends", marked with a badge); you can't chat with them.
3. Age
The Service is only for people aged 19 and over. You must confirm this on first use. If the confirmation is untrue, we may restrict use and delete the account.
4. Accounts
- You use the Service with an anonymous account created when you confirm your age and stored on your device. If you delete the app or change devices, you may not be able to recover your pet (social sign-in may be added later).
- One account raises one pet.
- Accounts that have no pet 7 days after the age confirmation are deleted.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → "Delete my pet and data". Your pet, treats, items, friendships, and history are removed permanently.
5. What you must not do
- Send offensive content: insults, hate or discrimination, sexual content, threats
- Exchange phone numbers, emails, links, or messenger IDs, or try to move contact outside the app
- Harass others, repeatedly send unwanted messages, spam, or advertise
- Ask for or spread other people's personal information
- Use your pet's name for any of the above
- Exploit bugs, use automation or modified apps, or create accounts in bulk
- Trade treats, items, or accounts for money or other value
Messages are filtered before sending and are not sent if they contain blocked expressions.
6. Your content
- Pet names and messages are created by you and you are responsible for them.
- We store and display them only as needed to provide the Service (showing them to other players), handle reports, and keep people safe.
- Messages are deleted after 90 days. Message copies attached to reports are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Reports, blocks, and restrictions
- You can report or block other players from a pet profile, a chat, or a new chat request. Blocking hides you from each other in the plaza and stops all interactions; the other person is not told.
- We review reports and may warn, limit features, hide a pet from the plaza, or delete an account when a violation is confirmed. [[criteria and appeal process]]
8. Treats and items
- Treats are in-game currency earned by playing and used to buy customization items. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Items only change how your pet looks and don't affect game progress.
- Gifts: you can gift one item a day to a pet you have enough friendship with. If the gift isn't claimed within 7 days, or either side blocks the other or deletes their account, the gift is cancelled and the sender gets their treats back (unless the sender deleted their account).
- Deleting your account removes your treats and items permanently.
- Paid item sets may be added after launch, with their own payment and refund terms.
9. Changes and interruptions
We may change the content of the Service (balance, items, features) and pause it for maintenance or unavoidable reasons. If we end the Service, we will tell you in the app [[30 days]] in advance.
10. Limitation of liability
- We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or network outages.
- Unless we act intentionally or with gross negligence, we are not responsible for content exchanged between players or disputes between them.
- We are not obliged to recover an anonymous account lost by deleting the app or changing devices.
11. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to [[competent court]]. Please contact us first.
12. Changes to these terms
We will announce changes in the app or on this page 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that affect you negatively).
