개인정보 처리방침
[[사업자명]](이하 "회사")은 모바일 앱 Petsona(이하 "서비스")를 운영하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 처리합니다. 서비스는 이름·전화번호·이메일 같은 연락처를 받지 않고 익명 계정으로 운영됩니다.
1. 처리 목적
- 익명 계정 만들기와 유지 (기기를 다시 열었을 때 같은 펫을 보여주기)
- 펫 키우기 게임 제공: 돌봄, 성장, 성향, 꾸미기, 봉봉(게임 안 재화)과 아이템
- 이용자 간 기능: 펫 광장, 놀기·이모트·간식, 아이템 선물, 대화(메시지)
- 안전: 메시지 내용 필터, 신고·차단 처리, 부정 이용 방지
- 서비스 개선: 기능 이용 통계 (익명 사용 기록)
- 만 19세 이상 이용 확인

모으지 않는 것: 이름, 전화번호, 이메일, 생년월일, 정확한 위치, 연락처·사진 원본, 광고 식별자(IDFA). 앱은 다른 앱을 추적하지 않습니다.
사진 권한: 공유 카드를 사진 보관함에 저장할 때만 씁니다. 공유 카드는 기기 안에서 만들고 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
알림 권한: 펫 돌봄 알림을 기기 안에서 예약할 때만 씁니다. 알림 내용과 예약은 서버로 보내지 않습니다 (원격 푸시를 쓰지 않음).

보유 기간이 지난 정보는 데이터베이스에서 삭제하며 되살릴 수 없게 합니다. 백업에 남은 정보는 백업 보관 기간([[백업 주기·기간]])이 지나면 지워집니다.
4. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
회사는 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 맡기며, 이 과정에서 개인정보가 국외에 저장됩니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 서비스를 이용하지 않거나 계정을 지울 수 있습니다. 다만 이전은 서비스 제공에 꼭 필요하므로 이전을 거부하면 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
5. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 적법한 절차로 요구하는 경우는 예외입니다. 다른 이용자에게는 펫 이름, 종, 꾸미기, 성향, 버릇, 최근 활동 정도(오늘·이번 주·그 전)만 보이고, 계정 id와 정확한 활동 시각은 보이지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 삭제: 앱의 설정 → "내 펫과 데이터 지우기"로 언제든 계정과 데이터를 지울 수 있습니다. 지우면 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
- 열람·정정·처리정지: 펫 정보는 앱에서 바로 보고 꾸미기를 바꿀 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요. 익명 계정이라 본인 확인을 위해 앱에 보이는 펫 이름 등을 여쭐 수 있습니다.

- 기기에서 앱을 지우면 기기의 정보는 사라지지만 서버의 계정은 남습니다. 서버의 데이터까지 지우려면 앱을 지우기 전에 "내 펫과 데이터 지우기"를 해 주세요.
7. 사용 기록 (분석)
서비스 개선을 위해 기능 이용 이벤트를 PostHog(클라우드 EU)로 보냅니다. 설치마다 무작위 id를 만들어 쓰며, 계정 id·펫 이름·메시지 본문·신고 메모는 보내지 않습니다. 개인 프로필을 만들지 않고(personProfiles: never), IP로 위치를 찾지 않으며(disableGeoip), 화면 녹화(session replay)를 쓰지 않습니다. 계정을 지우면 그 설치 id를 버리고 새 id로 시작합니다.
보내는 이벤트: 앱 열기, 연령 확인, 펫 만들기, 돌봄 행동, 성장·버릇·성향 공개, 알림 권한·알림 열기, 꾸미기, 광장 이용, 이용자 간 상호작용(종류만), 선물(아이템 id와 가격), 소식함, 대화(길이 구간만, 본문 없음), 신고(사유만)·차단, 봉봉 받기·상점, 공유 카드, 계정 지우기 화면 열기·지우기. 이벤트에 붙는 값은 정해진 값(단계·종·사유 등), 개수·레벨·가격, 구간으로 내린 수, 아이템 id뿐이고, 모든 이벤트에 기종 이름(예: iPhone 17 Pro, 이용자가 정한 기기 이름이 아님)·운영체제와 버전·앱 버전·기기 언어·시간대가 함께 갑니다. 화면 터치 자동 수집, 앱 생명주기 자동 이벤트, 오류 자동 수집은 쓰지 않습니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.
- 데이터베이스 테이블은 행 단위 보안(RLS)으로 막고, 읽기·쓰기는 서버 함수만 합니다. 이용자는 다른 이용자의 계정 정보를 볼 수 없습니다.
- 대화의 실시간 전달은 그 대화의 두 사람만 받을 수 있는 비공개 채널을 씁니다.
- 관리자 키와 데이터베이스 비밀번호는 앱과 저장소에 넣지 않고 접근할 수 있는 사람을 제한합니다.
- 메시지는 보내기 전에 욕설·외부 연락처 유도를 거르는 필터를 거칩니다.
9. 만 19세 미만 이용 제한
서비스는 만 19세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 처음 이용할 때 만 19세 이상인지 확인하며, 확인하지 않으면 이용할 수 없습니다. 만 19세 미만의 개인정보가 처리된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

11. 변경 고지
이 방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 앱 안 공지 또는 이 페이지로 알립니다.

We do not collect: name, phone number, email, birth date, precise location, contacts, original photos, or the advertising identifier (IDFA). The app does not track you across other apps.
Photos permission is used only to save a share card to your photo library. Share cards are made on your device and never sent to our servers.
Notifications permission is used only to schedule pet reminders on your device. Notification content is not sent to our servers (no remote push).
3. Retention and deletion

Expired data is deleted from the database so it cannot be restored. Copies in backups are removed when the backup period ends ([[backup schedule]]).

These transfers are needed to provide the Service. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service or delete your account.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except when required by law. Other players only see your pet's name, species, customization, personality, quirks, and a rough activity level (today / this week / earlier) — never your account ID or exact activity times.
6. Your rights
- Deletion: Settings → "Delete my pet and data" deletes your account and data at any time. It cannot be undone.
- Access, correction, objection: You can see your pet and change its customization in the app. For other requests, contact us below. Because accounts are anonymous, we may ask for details shown in your app (such as your pet's name) to confirm it's you.

- Deleting the app from your device removes data on the device, but your server account remains. To delete server data, use "Delete my pet and data" before removing the app.
7. Usage analytics
We send feature events to PostHog (Cloud EU) using a random per-install ID. We never send your account ID, pet name, message text, or report notes. We do not build personal profiles (personProfiles: never), do not look up location from IP (disableGeoip), and do not record sessions. When you delete your account, the install ID is discarded and a new one is created.
Events: app open, age confirmation, pet creation, care actions, growth/quirk/type reveal, notification permission and opens, customization, plaza use, interactions (kind only), gifts (item ID and price), inbox, chat (length bucket only, no text), reports (reason only) and blocks, treats and shop, share cards, opening the delete screen and deleting. Event values are fixed codes (stage, species, reason, etc.), counts, levels, prices, bucketed numbers and item IDs only. Every event also carries the device model (e.g. iPhone 17 Pro, not the name you gave your device), OS and version, app version, device language and time zone. We do not use tap autocapture, app lifecycle events or automatic error capture.
8. Security
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Database tables are protected with row-level security; only server functions read and write them.
- Real-time chat uses private channels that only the two people in a chat can receive.
- Admin keys and database passwords are kept out of the app and the code repository, with limited access.
- Messages pass a filter for abusive language and attempts to move contact off the app.
9. Users under 19
The Service is only for people aged 19 and over. We ask you to confirm this on first use and you cannot continue without confirming. If we learn we have processed data of someone under 19, we delete it without delay.
